Practice (the act) Saw Prophet exemplified in connection with the practice of fasting Muharrom is his sunnah. It should be emphasized that the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad Saw in Muharrom fast not because of the momentum change of the Islamic year. The reason is - again - because the Prophet Muhammad Saw had died when prompted determination of the Islamic year.

The virtue of fasting Asyuro
From Abu Qatadah Prophet that he was asked about fasting on the day of Ashura, he replied, "Abolish the sins of one year ago." (Narrated by Muslim)

Hadith Policy
وعن ابن عباس رضي الله عنهما قال قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم لئن بقيت إلى قابل لأصومن التاسع رواه مسلم
From Ibn `Abbas that the Prophet had said," Even if I was given a life long, so I will fast on the day-to-9 (Muharrom) "
Sunnah of fasting on the ninth day of the month Muharrom are acts planned by the Prophet Muhammad but could not do it first because the Prophet Muhammad died. Is called the Sunnah Sunnah hammiyah.
The companions said to the Prophet, "O Allah, verily Asyuro 'that day adored by the Jews and Nasroni", the Prophet said, "Next year, God willing, we will be fasting (also) on the day of the ninth." (Narrated by Muslim from Ibn Abbas).

Prophet organized the Muslims to fast during the month Muharrom eleventh day. The reason to distinguish the Jewish custom of fasting on the tenth day Muharrom.
Saw Prophet Muhammad once said, "Fast on the day 'and different Asyuro Jews, then fastingone day before or the day after." (Narrated by Ahmad).
Months of 1433 Muharrom H.
If using the calendar version of the State, the date a Muharoom 1433 H begins Saturday evening prayer arrival date of 26 November 2011 M or approximately at 17:46 wib. Up to date 27 December 2011 was the first day of 1433 Muharrom H.
